Henderson Associates Architects provided architectural and engineering services for the developer of this design/build project.  The project consists of a 3 story “building shell” with an 8,000 square foot footprint.  The building shell package consists of the building envelope, 2 stair towers, common restrooms and mechanical space at each floor.
