The Highland pavilion is a centerpiece to the plan Henderson Associates Architects, Inc. has assembled for both the public and private sector to spur reinvestment in downtown Highland.  The plan calls for a cohesive design that will enhance area development and includes repairing the sidewalks, replacing site furniture and lighting, as well as upgrading services in the area for social events and for owners surrounding the square.
