Located at 104 United Drive in Collinsville, Illinois, the MEPRD trailhead provides amenities for the community such as a public use multi-purpose room, dawn to dusk trail parking, restrooms, vending machines, bicycle racks, a picnic table, and benches to accommodate trail users' needs. The building, completed in 2007, also provides offices and a conference center for MEPRD staff.  Conveniently located, the trailhead offers easy access to the MCT trail network.
