This design/build project emphasizes our belief that affordable housing should be a place where one can reside with pride. This townhouse development located in Madison Illinois consists of 42 two-story town homes, 30 of which are two bedroom units and 12 of which are three bedroom units. Additionally, the project encompassed a community building and site development; including parking, sidewalks, “tot lot” play areas, landscaping and site lighting.
The project required phased construction. Phase One construction was completed in 2003 with a construction cost of 4.1 million dollars. Phase Two construction was completed in 2004 with a construction cost of 4.7 million dollars.
