Mississippi Landing

The former corporate office of the Mississippi Lime Company has been artfully transformed into luxury lofts and retail space.  Moon Beam Initiatives, the developer, contracted with Henderson Associates Architects (HAA) in late 2006 for assistance in the adaptive reuse of this 3 story building with a footprint of 14,000 s.f.

The 10 lofts situated on the upper two floors possess commanding views of the Mississippi river and the Clark Bridge. 
8’-0”h doors, exposed structure ceilings, new private balconies and unique living layouts are but a few of the features allowing the quick sale of individual units.

HAA worked with the developer as well as prospective tenants in the creation of each custom luxury loft. Our documentation included:

• Permit drawings

• Images, renderings and plan views for the developer’s website

• Floor layouts for real estate transactions
