St. Louis Street Residence

This residence, located on Edwardsville’s historic St. Louis Street had become devoid of all evidence of its past architectural grandeur. With design and direction from Henderson Associates Architects, Inc., the home has been painstakingly restored to its original Victorian elegance.

The new addition, sunroom, summer kitchen, garage and guest quarters, even the children’s playhouse, were all designed to compliment the home’s historic pedigree. Great care was taken to preserve the mature trees completing the sense of authenticity
